Privacy Policy

One Day Stronger ("the app", "we", "our") is built around a simple principle: your recovery data belongs to you, and to you alone. This policy explains exactly what the app does and does not do with your information.
The short version
- One Day Stronger has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no login.
- All the information you enter is stored only on your device, in local app storage.
- Nothing you type, log, or upload is ever sent to us, to any server, or to any third party. We do not operate a backend or database that receives your data.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind.
- If you delete the app, or do not back it up yourself, your data is gone. We cannot recover it, because we never had it.
What information the app collects, and where it's stored
Everything below is stored locally on your device only, using standard on-device app storage. None of it is transmitted anywhere by the app.

Permissions the app requests
- Photo Library access — only used if you choose to add a photo to your Vault. You can decline this and still use every other feature of the app.
- Notifications — used to send the daily reminder times you set. You can disable this at any time in Settings or in your device's notification settings.
What we don't do
- We don't have servers that store your personal data.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone, because we never receive it in the first place.
- We don't use cookies, web beacons, or any cross-app tracking technology.
- We don't use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs that transmit your data externally.
- We don't require an account, email address, or any personally identifying sign-up information.
Data deletion
You can permanently delete all of your data at any time from Settings → Reset all data. This immediately and irreversibly clears everything stored by the app on your device.
You can also export a copy of your data at any time from Settings → Export my data, which uses your device's native share sheet so you can save a backup wherever you choose (e.g. Files, email, cloud storage you control).
Children's privacy
One Day Stronger is intended for adults seeking support for gambling-related recovery. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children, because we do not collect data from anyone — all information stays on the device of the person using the app.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for example, if a future version of the app introduces optional cloud backup — we will update this document and clearly disclose any new data handling before that feature is enabled, and any such feature will require your explicit opt-in.
